Technician pays and payable

As a technician on payroll and payable at KTG Group, your main responsibilities are:

You’ll work in collaboration with several departments in order to enter invoices and invoice projects in progress. You’ll have to calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts, invoices, inventories and others using the computerized system


  • Perform payroll accounting for the service department and allocation to the different projects in the accounting system.
  • Performing Payroll Control Prior to Transmission
  • Perform information entry (Accounting system or other)
  • Transmit pay stubs to employees on a weekly basis
  • Ensure the follow-up and control of employee banks (Vacation, mobile leave, time banks)
  • Prepares various reports and documents as required (Financial Analysis, Record of Employment, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the accountant during the closing of monthly periods (If necessary)
  • Perform WISB, RVER reports


  • Reconcile purchase orders, proofs of receipt with supplier invoices
  • Carry out invoice entry in the accounting system (Good GL, good project)
  • Follow up on supplier account statements
  • Ensure communication with suppliers
  • Participate in various financial analyses
  • Performed the tax recovery entry
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Performing payment classification
  • Working with the purchasing department
  • Assist the accountant during the closings of the monthly periods (If necessary)


  • Level of education: College
  • Years of experience: 2 years in a similar position
  • Computer knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Mastery of oral and written French
  • Intermediate English
